Sea Point Villas - Coral Bay

Excess consumption over and above the usage stated above, will be charged at EU0.40ckWh and this amount will be deducted from the damage deposit. In the event the damage deposit is not sufficient to cover the cost of the additional electricity consumption, the said amount is payable in cash prior to departure, in Euros.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
