Maricosta Villas - Protaras

Maricosta Villas are situated in Pernera, the quiet family oriented area of Protaras, just few meters away from Maricosta Apartments.

The villas are approx. 3min. away (on foot) from the nearest beach, the sandy Kalamies Beach.

They are self-catered houses with their own private outdoor swimming pool. Their yard is furnished and among others there are sunbeds and umbrella. Additionally, each villa is equipped with BBQ facilities.

There is the option of a two or a three bedroom villa. Each is a spacious, two-floored house with a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, electric stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, etc.), a dining area, a living rooms, and the bedrooms. There are toilet rooms in both floors while the upper is also equipped with a showerbath.

Every villa is fully air-conditioned. Also, each has its own private free WiFi. Furthermore, there are multi language TV channels.

Restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops can be found within walking distance, approx. 2min away, from the villas. They are approx. 2km away from the lively Protaras town centre.

Maricosta Villas is a family run business. Its primary objective is to make the guests feeling most of welcome.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
