Pets are only allowed with prior approval.

Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please refrain from making noise during this time.

Please maintain cleanliness in the apartments. Take out the trash before check-out and leave the dishes clean.

In case of damage or accidents, please notify us immediately. All damages will be assessed, and repair fees may be charged.

Please use household appliances (including air conditioners, kitchen appliances, and electronics) carefully and according to the instructions.

Do not pass the keys to third parties. Upon check-out, please ensure that the apartment is locked.

Parking: Free parking is available on the premises. Please adhere to the parking rules.

Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. The password will be provided upon check-in.

Pool rules (if applicable): Please follow safety rules when using the pool.
